CLARITIS is a Swiss company specializing in financial compliance and risk management. We provide outsourcing services for compliance and risk management functions, as well as one-off consulting and support mandates. Our specialists benefit from in-depth knowledge of financial regulations, based on many years’ experience with banks, securities firms, collective asset managers and wealth managers.
Our company’s DNA: cutting-edge specialization and pragmatic solutions.
Our aim is to enable our customers to focus on what really matters to them – their business.
In recent years, Swiss and European financial regulations have become exponentially more complex. A collective asset manager in Switzerland, for example, is subject to an average of over 500 pages of rules.
This legal arsenal puts a great deal of pressure on finance companies, subjecting them to a new risk: that of breaking a law without realizing it.
At Claritis, we’ve devoted all our expertise to structuring this complexity into a clear, efficient system. We’re convinced that an excellent organization can significantly reduce the costs associated with compliance and risk management, while increasing the assurance of compliance with the law.
Our specialists have in-depth knowledge of financial regulation, based on many years’ experience with banks, securities firms, fund managers, asset managers and trustees. They are in regular contact with FINMA and the prudential auditors, enabling them to anticipate the latter’s expectations, as well as carrying out gap analysis and compliance assignments.
They also share two values essential to Claritis: pragmatism and the pursuit of excellence.
